Polar Shade Print & Display – Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Polar Shade Print & Display (PSPD), you agree to the following terms and conditions.Quotes and Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Artwork Approval
- Customers are responsible for checking all artwork proofs before approval.
- PSPD is not responsible for errors approved by the customer including spelling, grammar, colours, sizing, or layout.
- Production will not commence until artwork approval has been received where applicable.
Production Times
- Production times vary depending on the product ordered.
- Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only.
- Delays caused by suppliers, freight companies, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Payment
- Full payment may be required before production commences.
- Custom printed products remain the property of PSPD until paid in full.
Custom Products
- Custom printed products are manufactured specifically for each customer.
- Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Returns and Warranty
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify PSPD within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, PSPD will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping
- Shipping times are estimates only.
- PSPD is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers.
- Risk transfers to the customer once goods have been delivered.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
