Production Times

Most PSPD products are custom manufactured to order.

Production times vary depending on the product, artwork approval, stock availability, and order size.

Typical production times are:

Standard printed products: 5–10 business days
Custom shade screens and caravan shades: 7–14 business days
Event and display products: 7–14 business days
Large custom projects: Quoted individually

Production does not commence until artwork approval and payment requirements have been completed.

Artwork Approval

Where artwork approval is required, production will begin only after written approval has been received from the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking all artwork proofs, including spelling, sizing, colours, and layout before approval.

Shipping

PSPD ships Australia-wide using reputable freight and courier providers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for larger items.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier services.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 2–7 business days
Regional areas: 3–10 business days
Remote areas: Additional transit time may apply

Freight Damage

Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival.

Any freight damage, shortages, or delivery issues should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Photographs may be required to support claims.

Delivery Delays

While PSPD works closely with freight providers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier or freight companies
Weather events
Public holidays
Industrial action
Circumstances beyond our control

Authority to Leave

Where customers request Authority to Leave (ATL), PSPD is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on request. Additional freight charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
