Returns & Refunds
Custom Printed Products
As most products supplied by Polar Shade Print & Display (PSPD) are custom manufactured and printed to customer specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information supplied by the customer
- Approved artwork containing customer errors
- Incorrect sizes, colours, or specifications approved by the customer prior to production
Please carefully review all proofs and order details before providing final approval.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged, defective, or does not match the approved order specifications, please contact PSPD within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with assessment, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- Any relevant supporting information
PSPD will review the claim and, where appropriate, may offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Freight Damage
Products damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should retain all packaging materials and provide photographs of the damage to assist with any freight claim.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Customers are entitled to remedies where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to production commencing.
Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible and costs already incurred may be charged.
